NEURODIVERGENT PSYCHOTHERAPY AND COACHING
I am KARLA PRETORIUS.
HEY THERE,
I pride myself in my absolute love for what I do. My passion is to connect with each of my clients and support them in their journey in self-discovery and ultimately self-acceptance and self-advocacy.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety in my 30s after years of studying psychology, behavioral therapies and mindfulness. I realized that I was seeking for answers for myself and the individuals I worked with.
The therapeutic journey can feel vulnerable sometimes, but I feel that if we are able to connect as two individuals with our own challenges, but also our own strengths; we can feel empowered in sharing and supporting.
